WirtschaftsWoche has once again named ROXIN among Germany’s leading and recommended law firms in the field of criminal law in 2026. This year’s ranking places particular emphasis on matters in which employment-related disputes may also give rise to criminal law risks for companies and executives.
The accompanying WirtschaftsWoche article “Mit harten Bandagen” examines current developments and challenges in legal practice and highlights the law firms and attorneys that are particularly recommended in the areas of law covered by the ranking.
Employment disputes are by no means always confined to the labor courts. Allegations involving compliance violations, internal investigations, or the conduct of executives can quickly also result in criminal law implications. Against this backdrop, WirtschaftsWoche has published its latest 2026 law firm ranking. ROXIN is once again listed as a recommended firm in the field of criminal law. The Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) first identified major law firms, mid-sized firms, specialized boutiques, and solo practitioners active in Germany. More than 26,000 lawyers were then invited to participate in the survey and asked to recommend the five most highly regarded law firms and lawyers in each of the legal fields examined.
