Cross-border internal investigations present companies with significant organizational, legal, and strategic challenges. In particular, differing legal provision and handling authorities across multiple jurisdictions complicate the planning and execution of such investigations.

On 14 November 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting our International Legal Forum at The Westin Hamburg / Elbphilharmonie – with an impressive view over the harbour and even more impressive discussions on cross-border white-collar matters.

On November 8, 2025, this year’s Bucerius Alumni Dinner took place at the Grand Elysée Hotel in Hamburg. More than 400 graduates of Bucerius Law School Hamburg came together to celebrate and reconnect in an elegant setting, enjoying dinner, a charity raffle, and an afterparty.
