In its February 13 edition, WirtschaftsWoche and the Handelsblatt Research Institute once again presented Germany’s most renowned law firms in white-collar crime and compliance for 2026.
In this practice-oriented session, Dr. Oliver Sahan, partner at ROXIN, will share first-hand insights to help in-house teams assess white-collar criminal law risks realistically and allocate internal efforts and compliance measures proportionately.
A particular focus will be placed on current enforcement trends regarding export control violations, as well as risks related to the employment of workers—whether engaged directly by the company or by business partners.
